It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages. Department strives to bridge the gap between Industry and the Academia and the professional world ensuring the students are well-prepared before stepping into the job arena.

MITSOM shares combined hostel facilities for boys and girls available at MIT's Pune Campus. Hostels are well equipped with facilities like, public telephone, TV Room and medical service. Hostel accommodation is allotted strictly on the merit basis. However, overseas students are given preference. The institute provides a fully furnished luxurious guesthouse for visitors and parents.
