The placement process in MDIM which is primarily student-driven gives a courtesy call initially to the predetermined companies as a kick start for the entire process of placement. The quintessential matters adopted for each of the following processes are: Members from companies interact with students on campus through Business Thought Leadership Sessions, Guest Lectures, Live Projects, and other Corporate Forums. Student profiles and other relevant details are shared with companies in the form of CVs companies conduct Pre-Placements Talks to give in-depth insight about the prospective future of the sought after roles and positions including career growth. Applications are invited and resumes of interested applicants are shared with the companies. The interested applicants will rank the companies depending upon the parameters which are quintessential to their growth and opportunities. Companies conduct their selection process which typically comprises CV based shortlisting, group discussions, and interviews.

Against the backdrop of captivating beauty of nature and amidst serenity the hostels EKALAVYA and BHAGIRATHI are located which make a perfect place for intellect growth. The hostel has the best state-of-the-art facilities to make student life comfortable and make them feel a home away from home. It is obligatory on the part of the students to stay in the campus and get adapted to the multi-cultural environment which beliefs in diversity inclusion.All the hostels are under the supervision of their concerned Wardens & Hostel Superintendents. Since it is a residential course, students of PGPM, stay on Campus and they are provided with accommodation on one to one basis. The hostel provides a cot, study table, chair, book rack and wardrobe for each student. Every hostel has uninterrupted electricity, water facility, water cooler with Kent filters, recreation hall, gymnasium and indoor games facilities.
