The prin­ci­pal objec­tive of the place­ment cell of LBSITW is to enhance employ­a­bil­ity of the stu­dents and to mould them to world-class professional’s. The Place­ment cell of the col­lege is work­ing under the leadership of a Place­ment Offi­cer sup­ported by the fac­ulty and stu­dent rep­re­sen­ta­tives. The Prin­ci­pal of the insti­tu­tion is the Chair­man of this unit. The cell puts in extra effort to bring reputed com­pa­nies to the cam­pus, helps a large num­ber of stu­dents to secure employ­ment. It also pro­vides the lat­est infor­ma­tion to the stu­dents to update their knowl­edge to face com­pet­i­tive exams and inter­views. CGPU works as a part of Con­sor­tium of Gov­ern­ment Engi­neer­ing Col­leges’ Place­ment unitsviz. those at Govt Engi­neer­ing Col­lege, Bar­ton­hill and Sree Chi­tra Thirunal Col­lege of Engi­neer­ing in con­duct­ing joint recruit­ment drives. The alumni of this insti­tu­tion occupy top posi­tion in busi­ness, industry, R&D and acad­e­mia in India and abroad.
