The skills-gap, which is the difference between the skills needed on the job and those possessed by aspirants, is of real concern to managers and entrepreneurs looking to hire competent employees. The main focus of the Career Development Wing is to enhance the skills of the students through career counseling, career awareness, career exploration and career preparation. The Wing conducts regular classes and training workshops on topics ranging from resume development, effective participation in group discussions to domain specific training and aptitude enhancement training on subjects such as verbal & non-verbal reasoning, analytical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, competitive English etc. In simpler words, the motto of the Career Development Wing is to make the students ‘Employable’.
