IIT Varanasi

With great results in academics, the IIT BHU provides excellent placement offers for all its students. In the last couple of years, the placement statistic has been reaching close to 100%. The top companies who are proud to recruit students from IIT BHU are Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Uber, Google and many more. The highest salary package that has been given to students is close to Rs. 12 LPA. The placement cell of the college aims to create a bridge between the students and their dream jobs.

Hostels

IIT BHU has around 76 hostels with more than 15000 inmates. All the hostels have modern amenities like all time electricity, water supply, nutritious food and even Wi Fi connection. The other attractions of the hostels are a garden to sit and talk about science and engineering, a café and a canteen. The food that gets served is highly nutritious and the hygiene of the hostels are always maintained. 

Labs

There is a super computer centre in the college that has been a centre of attraction. It was inaugurated by the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 19th February 2019. It is one of the first super computer inventions done by India. 

Library

IIT BHU has a highly useful main library and five other department libraries. In the main library the collection of books is from various streams of engineering, science and technologies and of various other subjects of humanity. There are more than 138000 volumes of journals and books that the students can use to gain extensive knowledge.
