Selection Process

• These applications are then forwarded to company representatives & based on the relevant profiles the companies are requested to carry forward with further shortlist or conduct the process in multiple stages. Company executives are asked to visit the campus for carrying out the recruitment process. The recruitment process normally consists of Case Study based Group Discussion and few rounds of Personal Interview but not restricted to this only.

Final Offer

• Post the process, company make job offers to the students by sending a formal offer letter to the CDS office. The offer acceptance is based on the Institute’s placement policy

The institute provides hostel facilities which includes adequately furnished rooms with access to the recreation room, fitness centre/gym, games and sports etc. The hostel mess provides quality food where the menu is decided by the students in collaboration with the mess staff. The hostel is a key component in building the community feeling amongst students. To this extent that while celebrations of birthdays and festivals are encouraged, it is strongly advised not to hurt anyone’s feelings or not cause unnecessary disturbance to anyone around.
