The placements of the students of Rural Management have also received excellent response from the development organizations for these students. The students of Rural Management program have been selected by Reliance Foundation, Vidharbha Conservation Society, State Rural Livelihood Projects, Morarka Foundation, Gramin Vikas Trust, GSWMA, FES and many more. The programme is increasingly being accepted by the youth as the government and corporate organizations are targeting the rural sector with huge investments. The IIHMR University placement cell has reached a milestone by placing the good number of its students internationally for last five years. Usually the students have placement offers six months before completion of the program.

IIHMR University has three hostel building that are fully furnished and provided with basic and advanced amenities like TV, Telephone and Central air-cooling. A well equipped modern kitchen and a spacious dining hall are attached to the hostels.The complex includes a Jogging Track, Lawn Tennis and Badminton courts, and a mini playground for children. A clubhouse complex provides facilities for a variety of indoor games, including Table Tennis and Chess. It also has a gymnasium. There are outdoor courts for Football and Volley Ball.
