Success does not happen overnight, it is the result of continuous endurance and hard work. People who have tasted success will like to taste it again and again. Success is a combination of thoughts, words, and actions. Luck has no role to play in success. Only hard work plays. If at all luck plays a role it is only temporary. Aristotle says, “It is possible to fail in many ways while for success it is possible only in one way”. Hurdles and failures are the stepping stones to success and from failure, to a failure we have to proceed with unquenched enthusiasm and zeal to attain success in our endeavors. Arnold Glasgow gives the simplest route to success thus “success is simple. Do what’s right the right way at the right time”. The placement cell at CEK aims to match the criteria for the recruitment to the recruiters and the aspirations to the students. The placement cell was started in this college in 2007 as a part of this college. The placement officer who assisted by students representative from all department from this unit. The principal and all other faculty members are helping to make a fruitful outcome.

Hostel for boys and girls with all amenities have been provided by the college. Both the hostels have spacious rooms and Mess halls. Separate facilities for studying is provided in both the hostels.
