College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology- Punjab Agricultural University (COAET-PAU) is located at Ludhiana in Punjab. History COAET-PAU was established in the year 1964 as one of the constituent colleges of the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana was established in the year 1962 by Government of India.
