BVV Sangha's Basaveshwar Engineering College

The Training and Placement Cell organizes a number of training programs for the students of all semesters with the help of in-house experts and experts drawn from professional agencies. The activities have proved exceptionally useful in shaping the career of students.  The staff members of the placement cell work together as a team in moulding the students to the requirements of various industries. Several career guidance programs, reasoning tests, aptitude tests, puzzle solving, group discussions, mock interviews, brain storming sessions, case-discussion, pick and speak, sharing the experiences and communication skills etc., are   organized on regular basis. In order to motivate and develop the personality of students, several HRD training programs are conducted regularly.

The hostels of B.V.V Sangha are managed by a committee set up by the sangha in the name of student welfare and hostel committee (SWC) consisting of 12 members. This committee is headed by Shri. Sureshbabu M. Nidagundi, Chairman and the other members are Shri. Virupakshappa S. Koti, Shri Chandrashekar B. Badali, Shri Vishwanath V. Palled, Shri Shashidhar V. Goudar, Shri Kumar S. Jigalur, Shri Sangamesh M. Guddad, Shri Basavaraj C. Kengapur, Shri Channayya P. Balulmath, Shri Prabhu B. Nara, Shri Anand S. Sasanur and Shri Manohar M. Navalagi.Basaveshwar engineering college hostels are managed by chief warden and the other wardens. Headed by Dr. R. N. Herkal other wardens are Dr. M. S. Gadagi, Dr. P. L. Timmanagoudar, Shri C. M. Veerendrakumar, Shri M. M. Japagal, Shri B. R. Endigeri, Shri B. M. Vyas, Dr. Mahabaleshwar S. K., Dr. A. V. Sutagundar, Dr. S. B. Kerur, Shri Vivekanand B. S., Smt. P. Nanda, Dr. V. S.
