Andhra University College of Engineering provides excellent placement assistance to students. Every year, top companies visit the campus of AUCE to hire students. The Placement Cell of AUCE has been consistent in providing placement guidance, mock placement facility and mentorship. Before the commencement of placement season, the students are trained in relevant skills. Apart from technical skills, students are trained in soft skills/ communication skills so that they can face the interviews confidently. Every year, the average salary offered to the engineering graduates of AUCE is around Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh per annum. The highest package offered to AUCE engineering graduates usually goes up to Rs. 12 lakh per annum. Top national and multi-national companies hire engineering and MCA students of AUCE. AUCE aims for 100% placements and the institute has always been successful in maintaining over 80% placement percentage.
