NEET Counselling will begin from today by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCI) will which will remain till June 24, 2019, up to 5:00 PM. Qualified NEET candidates will only be eligible for registration for the online counselling process at the link mentioned below. The counselling will be conducted by MCC for 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats, all seats in Central Universities, all seats in Deemed Universities and ESIC colleges. In total, a three round set will be held which will include a mop-up round conducted only for central, deemed and ESIC institutions. The state counselling authorities will fill up the rest of the 85% of government and private MBBS and BDS seats.
- Candidates who have qualified NEET by securing the minimum required percentile scores.
- Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir are not eligible to participate in the counselling for 15% All India Quota seats.
- NOTE: It is mandatory to register for the counselling process otherwise candidates will not be considered eligible for NEET 2019 counselling.
- To be considered for the seat allotment, candidates must submit choices at the time of choice filling and locking.
Candidates need to submit their personal and academic details for completing their registration for NEET counselling. The AIQ counselling will be started by the MCC. Candidates should be careful about the thing that the details they have entered in the counselling registration form should match the ones filled in the NEET application form. The payment has to be made in the online process once the registration form is filled. Candidates can pay the fee from June 19 to June 25, 2019, up to 5:00 PM.
