KCET 2020 Application process is going to be concluded on the date 18th May 2020 i.e. in Two days. Deputy CM and higher education minister of Karnataka CN Ashwath Naraya has announced the exam dates of KCET 2020 (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) as July 30 and 31, 2020. The exam was originally scheduled on April 22 and 23 but was postponed due to the nationwide lockdown for coronavirus. The registration for the exam was also re-opened on 8 May and will end on 18 May.

Steps To Apply:

- Click on the link “New User? Click Here to Register”.
- Read the instructions and click on the “Proceed to Apply Online” button.
- Now, fill your registration details and click on “Submit”.
- Login again to complete the application form.
- Enter your personal, examination, communication and other required details.
- Upload the scanned images of photograph, candidate’s signature and thumb impression and parent signature.
- Accept the declaration and click on the “Submit” button.
- Pay the application fee through generated e-challan or DD (as applicable).
- After the successful fee payment, take a printout of the application for further use.

Eligibility Criteria:
For Engineering Courses:
- The candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent education from a recognized board.
- The candidate must have passed the exam with Physics, Mathematics & English as their major subjects.
- The candidate must have scored at least 45% in Physics & another subject (From Chemistry/Computer science/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics). However, there is 5% relaxation in case of SC/ST categories.
For Pharmacy Courses:
- The candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent education from a recognized board.
- The candidate must have passed the exam with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, & Biology) / PCM (Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics) as their major subjects.
- The candidate must have passed the exam with a minimum score of 50% (10% relaxation in case of SC/ST) in PCB stream.
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will organize the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2020). It is a state-level entrance test also known as Karnataka CET 2020. KCET exam is conducted to offer admission in the first year of engineering, agriculture, pharmacy & various other courses. Various colleges and universities of Karnataka offer admission on the basis of KCET scores.
