Hostel rooms are well-ventilated and adequately lit. Well-trained security staff extend round the clock security to  hostelites. Each room is furnished with suitable furniture and has access to washrooms, reading rooms, indoor sports area, etc. Full-fledged dining facilities ensure fresh food is served on a regular basis. In-house wardens are the custodians of hostels,who ensure smooth functioning. Accommodation in these hostels is limited; the rooms are sanctioned as per IAGI hostel admission norms.
