OJEE 2019 Entrance Exam Postponed For Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm FANI, Check Updated Schedule Here
After the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm 'Fani' hit the coastal area of Odisha, leaving large scale of devastation, disruption of power supply and communication, the authorities of Odisha Joint Entrance Exam
has rescheduled the dates for the 2019 entrance exam. The exam is to be conducted in two formats, i.e. Pen-Paper Based Test (PBT) & Computer Based Test (CBT).
The pen-paper based test, which was originally scheduled to be conducted on the 12th of May is now postponed to be held on 18th of May. However, the exam centers, candidates' roll no, exam timing & shifts will remain unchanged. It is also said that there will be no issue of new admit card for the entrance exam. The prior admit cards with the previous exam date will be counted as valid for the exam.
The dates for the computer-based test of the entrance exam have not been released yet. As per the disruption of power supply and network communication, the exam has been postponed and will be held after the normalcy in network communication. The CBT test was earlier set to be conducted on the 13th of May. The dates, exam timing & shift, exam center name will be notified to the students via the official website later on. The candidates will have to download the new admit cards for the exam after being intimated via SMS/E-mail.
