CBSE To Organise First Ever Live Fitness Sessions For Students

The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) and FIT India will organise first-ever live fitness sessions for school students in the second phase of lockdown. The Lock down like to be open in 3rd May 2020. This Live sessions will helps students to be fit and motivated. This fitness sessions will commence from 9:30 in morning. Students can get access to this live sessions through Facebook and Instagram handles of Both Fit India Movements and CBSE.



During this programme the Ministry of AYUSH to stay healthy guidelines will be shared with students. The live sessions will be cover the all requireds aspects of students like nutrition, emotional wee-being. The main focus of this session is the fitness from daily workout. 

The whole world is suffering a lot due to the outbreak of dangerous COVID-19 across various countries. Intending to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus in the country, the Government has imposed a nationwide lockdown till 3rd May 2020. All the educational institutes across the nation were shut down amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The students can even download the exercise sessions and watch anytime irrespective of the location

What is CBSE?

 CBSE commonly known as The Central Board of Secondary Education. CBSE is a national level board of education in India for public and private schools, controlled and managed by Union Government of India. CBSE has asked all schools affiliated to follow only NCERT curriculum. There are approximately 20,299 schools in India and 220 schools in 28 foreign countries affiliated to the CBSE.

What is FIT India?

Fit India Movement is a nation-wide movement in India to encourage people to remain healthy and fit by including physical activities and sports in their daily lives. 

"I promise to myself that I will devote time for physical activity and sports every day and I will encourage my family members and neighbours to be physically fit and make India a fit nation".
