COMEDK 2018: Counselling dates to be declared soon

Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges is the admission authority who  will release  the Counselling dates soon on its website. The dates are yet to be finalised as Government and the Private Professional Colleges has not finalised the seat matrix and fee structure between them. Counselling of COMEDK UGET 2018 will be conducted in offline mode and the counseling schedule will be notified soon by the officials. The counselling process of COMEDK UGET 2018 will consist of registration, document verification, seat allotment and payment of academic fees. Candidates who qualify COMEDK UGET will have to report at the notified centre for document verification and seat allotment process.

Steps involved in counselling process

Documents to be produced during Counselling

·         COMEDK Online Application Form

·         Rank Card of COMEDK

·         COMEDK TAT with signature of Invigilator

·         COMEDK Verification Entry Card

·         Fee Payment Receipt

·         Original ID proof

·         Parents /Guardian’s Original ID proof

·         Date of Birth proof of candidate (SSLC Certificate/Government document)

·         PUC/ 12th Std or equivalent marks card

·         Category certificate (if Applicable)

·         Parents study proof in Karnataka for 7 years

·         Candidates study proof in Karnataka for 7 years including 10th or 12th in Karnataka

·         Tulu Minority Certificate – Issued by Principal of school/school record showing “mother tongue” (If applicable)

·         Religious minority certificate Christian – Issued by Principal of school/school record showing “Religion” (If applicable)

·         HKR Eligibility Certificate (If applicable)

·         Karnataka domicile certificate (Issued by Revenue authority, not below the rank of Tahsildar) (If applicable)
