UPCATET 2021 Exam Pattern:

Understanding the exam pattern is one of the most important part of the preparation for any competitive exam. The exam pattern consists of exam details like the mode of examination, number of questions, time allotted for the examination, etc.
The students should have proper knowledge of the exam pattern in order to avoid any kind of confusion regarding the exam details. The exam pattern is discussed below:

UPCATET 2021 Cut-off:

The students can check the cut-off of UPCATET 2021 on the official website of the University. The cut-off is published on the website to make sure that the students are well-informed about the same, so the students should keep a regular update with the website. The students who have qualified for the cut-off margin will be intimated by mail by the university for the counseling process.

UPCATET 2021 Application-form:

The candidates can enroll themselves for the UPCATET in both online as well as offline mode. Its an advice for the students to read the information brochure properly before attempting the registration process. This is because if there is any kind of fault in the registration and application process then the applicant's registration or application will be rejected.

The online application process is discussed below:

Registration

  • Now, applicants have to visit UPCATET website.
  • Click “Apply Now”
  • Click on “Click here for new registration” link. They have to read all the instructions and have to click on “I Agree” and “Continue” Button. 
  • They have to fill all the details asked and have to hit “Proceed”. Candidates will receive an OTP on their registered no. and they have to verify the No.
  • After the verification of mobile no., candidates will receive a registration No. which they have to keep safe for future purpose.

Application form filling

  • Applicants have to log in the registration No.
  • Application form will appear and they have to fill personal details, educational details, exam centers, and all the relevant details carefully in the provided fields.
  • They also have to upload scanned photograph, thumb impression, and related certificates in the prescribed format in the application form.
  • Applicants have to recheck all the details and have to make necessary corrections/ changes (if any).
  • They finally have to click on “Submit” button. After submission, no changes can be made in the application form.

Payment:

  • To submit the application form, students must pay the application fee.
  • Candidates may opt for internet banking
  • Candidates can also pay the application fee in offline mode through SBI challan payable in any SBI branch.
  • Following successful application fee submission, take the printout of the “confirmation page” and keep it safe for additional references.
  • General and OBC: Rs 1,250 and with the late fee it is Rs 1,500.
  • SC/ST: Rs 1,050 and with the late fee, it is Rs 1,350

UPCATET 2021 Counseling

The candidates who have qualified for the entrance exam will be intimidated by the university through the mail. The counseling process will start shortly after the result is declared,  The students are then required to follow certain rules for the counselling process.  The rules are cited below:

  • Online Counselling Registration (fee submissions) 
  • Online Choice Filling and Locking
  • Seat Allocation and Security fee deposit
  • Reporting at the respective university for verification and admission process.
  • Submission of documents and the students are advised to carry the original documents like academic qualification certificates, Conduct certificates, Caste certificates, sports weightage certificates and attested photographs.

UPCATET 2021 Result:

The result for the UPCATET will be published on the University's official website after the completion of the exam. The students are required to keep regular up-date with the website so as not miss any kind of information up-date.

UPCATET 2021 Answer key:

The students can download the Answer key from the official website. The answer key helps the students to cross-check the answers written by them with the answer key. This kind of comparison will enable the students to know their accuracy of answer written by them.   
If the student has some kind of issues with the answer key then they raise a complaint regarding the same to the organizing authority of the exam.

UPCATET 2021 Eligibility:

There are certain eligibility criteria for the students to qualify in order to participate in the Entrance exam conducted by the Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology. The students are requested to take a good overview of the eligibility criteria before applying for the entrance exam.
If any student who is found not fulling the eligibility criteria will be not allowed in the entrance examination and the admission process.

The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Residencial status

Should be a certified resident of the  Uttar Pradesh.

(The candidate's father should be a resident of Uttar Pradesh for atleast 5 years.)

(The candidate should also be a resident of Uttar Pradesh for atleast 5 years)

(Candidate who is a Foreign national but whose ancestors were the resident of UP)

Age limit

For  B.V.Sc. and A.H. Programmes : 17 to 25 years old as of October 31, 2021

For U.G Programmes : 16 to 22 years old as of October 31, 2021.

For PG Programmes: There is no age limit for candidates applying for PG programmes.
