Shri Ram Polytechnic College has been named after Shri Ram Niwas Gupta who has the credit of pioneering holistic technical education in Panipat & around. In the educational Scenario of Panipat City Sh. Ram Niwas is a name to reckon with.The college has been started with a mission to provide competency based technical education to meet the need of Industries, Service Sector & the society. It has been started in the year 2008,after getting approval from All India council of Technical Education, New Delhi, & is affiliated to State Board of Technical Education, Govt of Haryana.At the present it is imparting 3 years diploma course in Mechanical Engg, Civil Engg, Electrical Engg, Computer Engg, & electronics & Communication Engg. From the year, direct entry in 2nd year to 10+2(Non-Medical) & ITI students through DEL will be conducted.The college is located just 4km away from National Highway on well built refinery road, & it is just fifteen minutes drive from Panipat Bus Stand.
