Abundance of skilled and effective manpower availability is key to trigger developmental pace in the society.  Today, education is not just dissemination of knowledge, but equipping the students with appropriate skills and ability to take up new challenges in Industry environment for contributing to the society immensely as well as fulfilling their career dreams.Central University of Jharkhand is imparting education to over 2000 students in different integrated and innovative programs spanning from Performing Arts to Humanities and Engineering. Several new generation and innovative programs on different streams are also being conducted. The programs are designed in such a way so as to equip the participants to find their respective role in real life situations and enable them to face the challenges that pose. Students of most of the professional programs of the University viz., 5 years Integrated M.Tech, M.Sc and M.A are getting placed in the Campus recruitments. Placement Cell of CUJ welcomes the recruiters for their specific requirements. They may visit different Centres and send Job Notification Form to individual centres or university placement cell.

Central University of Jharkhand provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls students. All CUJ students are eligible to apply for Hostel seats. This is their home away from home and a place where we can see the ‘Unity in Diversity’ of India. Students from different parts of the country with different cultural and religious background are living in complete harmony. INFRASTUCTURE Common Facilities The Hostels are spread in different blocks which allow adequate air circulation and courtyard space for the hostellers. Blocks have a common room as a recreation facility. The facilities include television with DTH connection, indoor game facility, News papers and Magazines. The hostel blocks are fitted with RO-water purifiers to provide safe drinking water.
