LSAT India 2018 by LSAC on May 20

LSAT 2018 Registration has been started from 4th October, 2018. LSAT India 2018 will be held on May 20 as Pearson VUE puts an official notification for Law School Admission Test, the LSAT India.

The candidates will need to register first for filling the online application form of LSAT India 2018. Most importantly, it should be noted that this year LSAT India application process has gone completely online including the payment of fees. Till last year, the candidates could pay the application fee in offline mode too using Demand Draft, which however is not facilitated this year.

Eligibility Criteria:

There are over 85 law schools participating in LSAT India 2018. Each of these law schools associated with LSAT India 2018 will have their own eligibility criteria for admissions. Candidates can check the eligibility of the institution where they want to get admission. Below we are mentioning the some basic eligibility for law courses:

For BA LLB course:

Candidate must pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam from recognized board.

Candidate must obtain the minimum 45% marks.

For LLB courses:

Candidates should have a bachelor degree in any subject.

Must score the minimum 45% marks in aggregate in qualifying exam.

For LLM course:

Candidates should have passed 3 years of LLB or 5 years of BA. LL.B programme.

Candidate must secure 45% marks in aggregate.

Application Fee:

·         LSAT India registration fee will be Rs. 3800/- without official LSAT India handbook.

·         The application fees for LSAT India 2018 can be paid using any one of the online payment options– Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

LSAT India Exam Pattern:

·         LSAT India 2018 will be administered offline only.

·         LSAT India 2018 will be an offline test of two hours and 20 minutes.

·         There will be no break in between of the paper.

·         There will be around 92 to 100 multiple-choice questions.

·         The questions will cover questions from four sections– Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning I, Logical Reasoning II and Reading Comprehension.

·         There will be no negative marking for any wrong attempt.
