Hurry up! Registration ends on 15th Dec for CMAT 2017

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has invited applications for Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2017. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the exam dates for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2017. The exam is scheduled to be held on January 28 and January 29. The registration procedure will commence from October 10 and will conclude on December 15.

Eligibility criteria:

·         Applicant must be a citizen of India.

·         Graduates in any discipline can apply for CMAT exam.

·         Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2017-18 can also apply for CMAT online exam.

Application procedure:

  • The candidates have to fill the applications through the official website of CMAT.
  • After registering and accepting the declaration, a six-digit password will be sent to the candidates’ e-mail ID or mobile number.
  • After the process of filling application form is over, the candidates have to pay a fee.
  • The fee can be paid both online or offline.
  • The candidates who want to pay fee offline have to take the printout of SBI E-Challan from the official website of CMAT.
  • The candidates can visit any SBI branch and pay the examination fee.

The application cost for the candidates belonging to General Category is Rs. 1,400 and for SC /ST/PD candidates, the application fee is Rs. 700.

Duration of test is 180 minutes (3 hours).

There shall be negative marking for wrong answers, for each wrong answer 1 mark shall be deducted.

The CMAT score is accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges.
