Exam date postponed for Chennai region: NEET PG 2017

The conduct of NEET-PG at all Chennai Test Centres on 13/12/2016 has been deferred due to inclement weather conditions. Earlier, the exam that was scheduled to be held on December 13, was postponed due to cyclone Vardha. These candidates at Chennai Test Centres will be tested on 16/12/2016 (AM session). Candidates can download the admit card from December 14, 1 pm.

  • Dhanalakshmi Engineering College, Manimangalam Post
  • EduSurge, Alwarpet
  • EduSurge, Ambattur
  • Prometric Testing Private Limited, Kodambakkam

Paper pattern:

The syllabus for the exam shall comprise of subjects/knowledge areas as per the Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by Medical Council of India with prior approval of the Government of India.

  • The examination shall be a multiple choice questions exam delivered on computer based platform (CBT)
  • The paper will consist of 300 multiple choice, single correct response questions in English language only
  • The total duration of the examination would be 3 hours, 30 minutes
  • There shall be no negative marking.
