Construction Management

Construction Management is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. Construction Project Manager (CPM) is aimed at meeting a client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project. Several new infrastructure development projects mostly in the area of power, telecom, petrochemical, transportation, information technology and real estate. The nation needs several efficient construction managers so that they can handle these projects successfully.
Eligibility :
UG : 3 Years
For admission into a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have passed intermediate (10+2) examination. 
PG : 2 Years
For admission into master’s degree, the candidate must be holding a bachelor's degree. Students will have to attend an entrance exam such as MAT/CAT/XAT or ATMA to get admitted into this course.
